Products Description
The jet liquid heater is a digital-control warming equipment that is independent of a motor. Its control part has many functions: it opens at low temperatures, stops at high temperatures, alarms and stops when in trouble, and displays the water temperature. It is also set with multiple protection measures.
As a bus warm-up equipment, it has lots of performance superior to congener products：
1. Supplying oil is not affected by voltage to make combustion steadier.
2. Back oil makes products economizing energy.
3. A newly installed heat exchange device can raise heat efficiency.
4. Using high-voltage oil fog and a high-voltage electrode igniter, opening and closing do not cause pollution. The jet liquid heater can be applied to preheat a water-cooled motor in low temperatures, it can keep the refrigerant between 65℃ and 80℃ automatically. Using it to preheat the motor in winter will reduce motor damage, decrease oil consumption, and prolong the life of the motor.

Products Installation
When choosing a product type, installation is very important, as it directly determines the purpose of the heating system. Installation involves five steps.
1. For easy heater installation, please refer to the diagram below. The heater should be installed in a room with a moderate temperature and free of flammable materials. The air inlet and outlet should be kept clean to avoid inhaling snowflakes or splashing water droplets. The air outlet should not face the direction of travel.
2. Because the heater's air inlet is large, a damper (total area ≥ 100 cm²) should be installed on the side of the tank. This prevents residual air from entering the air intake pipe and interfering with operation. The exhaust pipe is connected to the outside of the tank.
3. The oil line (φ8×1) is made of nylon resin. Use an M14×1.5 fitting and connect the line tightly. The difference between the liquid level in the oil tank and the center of the heater is ±500 m². The distance between the oil seal and the surface of the oil pipe is 3 m. The heating pipe is configured separately and cannot be used with other pipes.
4. Electrical connection: See diagram 10.
5. The heating pipe is positioned correctly. The inlet is at the top, and the heater is as low as possible. Do not bend the pipe excessively. The internal pressure of the pipe is at least 6 m²/m².
