Products Structure

Working Principle
One end of the motor drives the combustion-supporting fan to rotate at high speed, and the other end drives the high-pressure oil pump to circulate the fuel in the oil circuit. The solenoid valve opens, and the high-pressure oil mist sprayed from the fuel injector and the combustion-supporting air are fully mixed and ignited by the high-voltage electrode. The heat generated by the combustion is transferred to the circulating liquid in the heat exchanger through the heat transfer plate. The heated circulating liquid is sent to the cooling device in the car under the action of the water pump for heating and defrosting.

Control program description
Turn on the heater switch (if the water temperature is lower than -20℃, the water pump and main motor will stop working after 10s. If the water temperature is between -20℃ and 68℃, the water pump will work but the main motor will not work), the injector and filter will start to preheat for 120s, then the main motor will rotate, 1s later, the ignition electrode will start to supply power (the electrode will supply power for 10s), 1 second later, the solenoid valve will supply power, if the ignition is successful, the main engine will enter the normal combustion state, the combustion indicator will light up, and the ignition electrode will be closed. When the water temperature rises to 81℃, the heater will stop, the combustion indicator will go out, and after the combustion stops, the main motor will delay working for 150s and stop rotating. When the water temperature drops to the low temperature starting temperature (68℃), the heater will automatically enter the next working cycle. If the ignition fails after 12 seconds of ignition, the heater will enter the second ignition, and a fault will be reported if the ignition fails three times.

Products installation

1 Installation environment requirements: The heater should be installed in a separate cabin, the ambient temperature should be ≤50℃, and there should be no flammable objects around; the heater should be placed horizontally, fixed firmly, easy to disassemble and install, with maintenance position, and more than 50mm away from the side wall (see the figure below); the heater fixing bracket needs to be installed on the load-bearing beam, and a rubber shock-absorbing pad of about 10mm should be configured at the bottom.
2 Heater air intake requirements: To ensure sufficient air intake, a louvered air inlet with an area of more than 100 cm2 should be opened on the side wall of the heater cabin to avoid facing the heater air inlet. The air inlet should be more than 50mm away from the side wall, should not be in the negative pressure area of the vehicle operation, and should be away from the high-temperature exhaust port.
3 Heater exhaust requirements: The exhaust temperature of the heater is about 350℃, away from flammable objects such as wiring harnesses, oil pipes, and rubber hoses; the maximum length of the added separate exhaust pipe is 300mm, and the inner diameter is greater than 70mm, allowing a 90° bend. It is not allowed to install filters inside, the exhaust direction cannot face the direction of vehicle travel, and it should be away from the heater air inlet.
