1、Product Introduction
PTC water heating heater can provide heat for the new energy vehicle cockpit and meet the standards of safe defrosting and defogging. At the same time, it provides heat to other vehicles that require temperature adjustment (such as batteries).
Features:
(1)Electricity is used to heat the antifreeze, and the heater is used to heat the interior of the car. Installed in the water cooling circulation system.

4、Product Structure
The product meets the voltage requirement of 600V. The PTC sheet adopts 3.5mm thickness and Tc210℃ to ensure good withstand voltage and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 4 groups, which are controlled by 4 IGBTs.
In order to ensure the protection grade of the product IP67, insert the heating core component of the product into the lower base obliquely, put on (No. 9) the nozzle sealing ring, press the rear exterior with a pressure plate, and then use potting in the lower base (No. 6). Adhesive seal, potted to the top surface of the D-tube. After assembling other parts, use a gasket (No. 5) to press and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the product.
