Products Description
The 16-35kW diesel water parking heater is an efficient and energy-saving vehicle-mounted or parking heating device for trucks, RVs, construction machinery, and other vehicles. It can independently provide warm air when the engine is turned off, and supports engine preheating, antifreeze, and other functions.

Products Installation
Selecting the product type, installation seems to be more important, because it decides the usage effect of the warming system directly. Installation has five steps:
1. To install the heater conveniently, please refer to the diagram (below). The heater should be installed in a cabin with not too high temperatures and no combustible materials. Inlet and exhaust air openings must be kept clean so as not to inhale snowflakes and spattering spray; the air-exhausted opening can't face the direction of driving.
2. Inlet-air of the heater is ample, so a shutter (total area≥100 cm2) should be cut in the side of the bin, and waste air is prohibited from being inhaled into the inlet air pipe to affect the operation. Air-exhausted pipes stretch to the outside of the bin.
3. Oil pipe (φ8×1) is made from nylon colophony, joints M14×1.5, pipes must be joined tightly. The difference between the oil tank liquid surface and heater center is within ±500 ㎜, the distance between the in-oil joint and surface of the oil pipe is within 3m, the heater pipes are single, and they can't be used with other pipes together.

5. Canalage of heater has reasonable arrangement, affusion is at the top, position of heater is as low as possible, pipe can't be converted into hard bend, pipes resistant-pressure>6 ㎏/㎝ 2
