Truck air conditioning systems are mainly composed of five components, and temperature regulation is achieved through refrigerant circulation:

 

Compressor: Driven by the engine belt, it compresses low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas (about 70–80℃, 1.5 MPa), and is the power core of the circulation system.

 

Condenser: Located on the front or roof of the vehicle, it condenses high-temperature refrigerant into medium-temperature liquid (about 40℃) through heat dissipation fins and fans, and its efficiency directly affects the cooling effect.

 

Liquid storage dryer: Filters refrigerant impurities and absorbs moisture to prevent system blockage and corrosion.

 

Expansion valve: Automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow rate according to the evaporator outlet temperature (monitored by the temperature sensor package) to achieve pressure reduction and temperature reduction.

 

Evaporator: Installed in the cab, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes here (down to about 5℃), and delivers cold air to the cab through the blower.

While using the air conditioner, if the following codes are displayed on the screen, they may indicate relevant faults of the machine. Please make the following operations:

Stop the air conditioner and power off. After ten minutes, turn it on and start it. lf the code is still there, stop the machine and power it off, and then contact the repair center. (If the code disappears, you can continue to use it)

E01--Voltage is too low --- Please charge the battery

E02--Evaporation box fan is open--Please check the fan plug or replace the fan.
H22--The failure of the air inlet sensor indicates that the mode can be changed after returning to normal.

H23--The failure of our inlet sensor indicates that the mode can be changed after returning to normal.

E04--pipe temperature (outlet air) sensor

E05--Compressor overheating ---- After the compressor cools down, automatically resume working.

E06--Condensing fan open circuit --- Check if the circuit from the compressor to the condensing fan is open-circuited.

E07--Condensation fan short circuit ---Check if the circuit from the compressor to the condensing fan is short-circuited.

E09-The brushless control board of the condensing fan is faulty- please replace the control board of the condensing fan.

E10--Condensing fan failure … Please replace the condensing fan motor

E11-The condensing fan is out of contact. Please check the compressor control board and the condensing fan wiring for damage.

Note: If the number of flashes of the compressor fault indicator is not shown in the table above, please replace the compressor control panel.
