This machine is designed and installed for vehicles (station wagons, recreational vehicles, and other special vehicles) to improve their internal temperature and provide a comfortable environment. It can cool when the interior is hot; it can heat when the interior is cold. Its temperature can be adjusted in both cases.

Cold air - Operation description (Figure 1)

The system of this machine consists of the following parts: compressor (A), condenser (B), evaporator (D), four-way valve (F), and refrigerant. Through the physical change of the refrigerant from liquid to gas, it heats or cools the parts it passes through.

The indoor fan (C) blows the cold air that has passed through the cooled evaporator into the room. After some time, the indoor air can be cooled and dehumidified.

Hot air - Operation description (Figure 1)

The heating cycle is reversed through the four-way valve (F) to generate heat. The system contains an electric heating tube (E) to improve the heating efficiency under low temperature conditions.

1. Cleaning the body: Clean regularly. Only use a soft cotton cloth to gently wipe the air conditioner. If there is serious dirt, soak the cotton cloth in a neutral detergent solution, wring it out, and scrub it. After scrubbing, wipe the detergent with a dry cotton cloth. Do not use chemical solvents such as gasoline, volatile oil, and thinner!

2. Visual inspection: Check regularly to ensure the following two points:

- The drainage holes in the water tray are unobstructed to avoid water leakage.

- The openings in the floor are kept unobstructed to avoid water accumulation.

3. Cleaning of the filter: Clean regularly; clean the filter with a detergent and dry it, then reinstall it

In order to reasonably control the in-car environment, the unit must be installed as concealed as possible in the middle of the car.

Select the installation location of the machine to ensure that it is convenient for later maintenance and repair.

Put the installation positioning paper into the reserved installation compartment and check the reserved opening space on the floor (if any) or make holes according to the installation positioning paper.

To minimize the noise and vibration of the machine during operation, keep the unit at least 30mm away from the surrounding partitions.

The machine must be installed on the floor.

To make it easier to replace the filter, keep a distance of 200mm between the front of the air conditioner and the partition.

If the machine is installed outside the car, the air to be treated must be taken from the passenger compartment.

Inhaling outside air will reduce the capacity of the entire system.
