Products Description
The new energy pure electric vehicle's battery pack heating system is mainly used in two ways: pre-heating and heating. Oil-fired water heating heater is installed on the new energy electric vehicle with a water heating heater, which transfers heat to the batteries pack to achieve the regular working temperature. The high-voltage new energy electric heater installs a single PTC heater on the hybrid new income electric vehicle, which transfers heat to the electric vehicle's battery pack to be preheated and to maintain its regular working temperatures.
The PTC heating element product has the advantage of low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency, and is an automatic thermostat, power-saving electric heater. The PTC heating element product has improved its heat dissipation rate due to the use of u-shaped corrugated heat sink, and has integrated the advantages of gluing and mechanical type, and has fully considered the various thermal and electrical phenomena of the ptc heating element at work, with strong bonding, excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, high efficiency, safety and reliability.
