Products Description
This PTC heater is suitable for electric/hybrid/fuel cell vehicles and is mainly used as a primary heat source to regulate the temperature in the passenger compartment. The PTC heater is suitable for both driving and parking. During the heating process, electricity is efficiently converted into heat energy, which results in a faster heating effect than with an internal combustion engine. It can also be used to regulate battery temperature (heating to operating temperature) and fuel cell start-up loads.
The PTC electric heater is designed to replace the engine block as the primary heat source in this application. The power supply to the PTC heater causes the PTC heater to heat the medium in the heating circuit through heat transfer.
