Product Description
PTC water heating heaters can provide heat for the cockpit of new energy vehicles and meet the standards of safe defrosting and defogging. At the same time, it provides heat to other mechanisms (such as batteries) that require temperature regulation in the vehicle.

Air conditioner control framework
①Complete the command input through the air conditioner panel.
②The air conditioner panel sends the user's operation commands to the controller through CAN communication or ON/OFF PWM.
③ After the water heating PTC controller receives the command signal, it turns on the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirement.
Protective function
1 High voltage overvoltage and undervoltage protection
The working voltage range can be set according to customer requirements. If the heater is not within the range, it will not start or be turned off. If it returns to the range, it will restart softly to the current set value.
2 IGBT drive voltage overvoltage and undervoltage protection
When the IGBT drive voltage is not within the set working range, the heating will be completely turned off, and then soft-start to the current set value after recovery.
3 Low voltage anti-reverse connection protection
Low voltage reverse connection does not work.
4 Outlet water temperature over-temperature protection
When the water temperature at the outlet exceeds 105°C for 3 seconds, all heating will be turned off immediately.
5.Short Circuit protection
Any PTC short-circuit, the road immediately closed, repeated detection 5 times, still short-circuit, the road before re-power no longer open heating.
6. Overcurrent protection
If the circuit lasts more than 2 times the rated current for 5S during heating operation, the circuit is considered to be overloaded and will be closed and restarted.
Warning:
There is no anti-high-pressure anti-connection ability, high-pressure anti-connection will lead to direct heating out of control, high-pressure anti-connection may lead to PTC damage, may lead to the whole car can not be pre-charged and can not start, may cause burning pre-charge resistance!
