Products Description
The heater is mainly used to heat the passenger compartment, defrost and demist the windows, or preheat the power battery thermal management battery and meet the corresponding regulations and functional requirements.
The main functions of the high-voltage coolant PTC heater are:
-Control function: the heater control mode is power control and temperature control;
-Heating function: convert electric energy into heat energy;
-Interface functions: energy input of heating module and control module, signal module input, grounding, water inlet and outlet.

The product is designed for a voltage requirement of 430V, with a PTC chip thickness of 3.0mm and Tc210 ℃, ensuring good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 12 groups.
To ensure the product's protection level of IP67, the heating core component of the product is tilted and inserted into the lower base. The sealing ring of the pipe mouth (No. 9) is installed, and the outer part is compressed with a pressure plate. Then, the lower base (No. 6) is sealed with potting glue and potted onto the upper surface of the D-shaped pipe. After assembling other components, a sealing gasket (No. 5) is used to compress and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the product.

Products Installation Advice
To ensure maximum energy efficiency of the water heating PTC, the following precautions should be taken during installation:
1. The highest point of pTc shall be lower than the expansion tank,
2. The water pump should not be higher than PTC;
3. The PTC should be installed after the water pump and before the heating core;
4. Pay attention to the direction of the PTC inlet and outlet water.
5. Before the first operation of PTC or after maintenance of pipeline components, the water pump should be run first, and it should be confirmed that the exhaust has been discharged before powering on PTC.
