Product Description
The electric High Voltage Heater (HVH) is the ideal heating system for plug-in hybrids (PHEV) and battery electric vehicles (BEV). It converts DC electric power into heat with practically no losses.
Powerful similar to its namesake, this high-voltage heater is specialized for electric vehicles. By converting electrical energy of battery with DC voltage, ranging from 300 to 750v, into abundant heat, this device provides efficient, zero-emission warming-all throughout the interior of the vehicle.

Warning:
High voltage does not have the ability to prevent reverse connection. High voltage reverse connection will lead to uncontrolled direct heating. High voltage reverse connection may cause PTC damage, may cause the vehicle to fail to be precharged and cannot be started, and may cause the precharge resistor to be burned!
Air conditioner control framework
Complete the command input from the air conditioning panel.
The air conditioner panel sends the user's operation command to the controller through CAN communication or ON/OFF PWM.
After the water heating PTC controller receives the command signal, it turns on the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirement.
Design advantages：
①Using 4-channel PWM control mode, the busbar inrush current is small, and the requirements for the relay in the vehicle circuit are low.
②PWM mode control enables continuous adjustment of power.
③The CAN communication mode can report the working status of the controller, which is convenient for vehicle control and monitoring.
