Working principle of the full process

Startup phase

After the user sets the target temperature, the system self-checks (fuel, water level, circuit).
The water pump pre-starts to establish a water circuit circulation.
The ignition device ignites the atomized fuel, and the combustion chamber begins to heat up (reaching the operating temperature in about 30 seconds).

Heat transfer phase

The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion transfers heat to the coolant in the water circuit through the heat exchanger tube wall.
The hot water circulates to the radiator in the car through the water pump, and the hot air is blown out by the fan (or directly radiated heat).

Thermostatic adjustment

The temperature sensor feeds back the in-car/water temperature in real time, and the ECU dynamically adjusts the fuel injection amount and the water pump speed.
Low power mode: Reduce fuel consumption while maintaining temperature (the minimum power of some models can be as low as 0.2kW).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Installation location

The liquid parking heater is only allowed to be installed outside the car. The heater is preferably installed in the engine compartment, the splash guard area of the front mudguard, or the front mudguard. In order to ensure that the heater and the water pump can be automatically vented, the heater should be installed at a position as low as possible. Especially for the water pump that cannot be pumped independently.
 

Attention:

The nozzle of the water pipe can not face down in any possible installation position.

-The direct splash area of the wheel.
