The PTC coolant heater is suitable for electric/hybrid/fuel cell vehicles and is mainly used as the main heat source for temperature control in the vehicle. PTC coolant heater is applicable to both vehicle driving mode and parking mode. During the heating process, electrical energy is effectively converted into thermal energy by PTC components. Therefore, this product has a faster heating effect than an internal combustion engine. At the same time, it can also be used for battery temperature control (heating up to working temperature) and fuel cell starting load.

The PTC electric heater module consists of PTC heating components, controllers and internal pipelines. The heating component is installed in the aluminum die casting, the aluminum die casting and the plastic casing form a closed circulation pipeline, and the cooling liquid flows through the heating body in a meander structure.
The electrical control part is an aluminum die-cast body covered with a metal casing. The controller circuit board is secured with screws and the connector is directly attached to the circuit board.
