Q series is suitable for PTC water heater with rated voltage range of DC450V- 1000V and rated power of 20-30KW (the rated voltage and the power can be customized on your requirements.The Max. rate voltage is 850V DC).This product supports CAN communication and can adjust the power. And also supports the special customization requirements of important technical parameters such as voltage, power, temperature limit, and current limit

PTC Heater use attention

1 Check whether the input power is within the specified voltage range or the connection of the positive and negative electrodes is reversed.
2 Check whether the water inlet and outlet of The PTC Water Heater are tightly connected.
3 Check whether each connector is connected as required.
4 Confirm each component is installed firmly and the cover plate is covered well before powering on.
5 In 5 min around the power on or power off , DO NOT make a measurement, connection, or other works;
6 Do not touch any components in the circuit board even when the power is off, because the static would damage some components.
