High-voltage PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) Heaters

Products Description
Electric water heaters convert electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the liquid flowing through the heater. Its working process is as follows:
Heating element: The heating element built into the heater (such as PTC ceramic heating element or heating wire) generates heat after power is turned on.
Liquid heating: The liquid (coolant or antifreeze) is pumped into the heater through a circulation pump, and absorbs heat when flowing through the heating element, thereby heating up.
Hot liquid circulation: The heated liquid is transported through pipes to various components or areas that need to be heated, such as the air conditioning heat exchanger or power battery pack in the passenger compartment.
Temperature control: The temperature sensor and control unit in the system will monitor the temperature of the liquid in real time, adjust the heating power according to demand, and ensure the heating effect and energy saving efficiency.
