Application of high-voltage electric defrosters
To prevent the windows from freezing and fogging in winter, the defrosting function (including rearview mirror defrosting and rear windshield defrosting) is becoming more and more common for terminal car users. The use of this technology has long become an important solution to solve the safety and convenience of vehicles in winter.
Most electric vehicles are equipped with electric defrosting devices when they leave the factory. It consists of electric heating and blowing components; when working, the electric heating is powered by high voltage electricity (power battery pack), and the blowing component is powered by low voltage electricity (24V power supply), that is, when the electric defrosting is turned on, the electric heating first heats the heating wire, and then the blowing component blows the warm air to the glass, which plays the role of melting ice, defrosting and defrosting.
Application of high-voltage electric defrosters
The start and stop of the electric defrosting on existing pure electric buses are all controlled manually. The cockpit instrument panel is equipped with an electric defrosting rocker switch. The driver completes the start and stop of the electric defrosting by pressing this switch. The voltage of the power battery pack and fault diagnosis are not considered when the electric defrosting is working.
