Products Description
Electric vehicle coolant heaters, also known as electric heating elements or cab heaters, are an integral part of electric vehicles. Their main purpose is to preheat and regulate the temperature of the vehicle's coolant, thus ensuring that the battery pack and power electronics operate within an optimal temperature range. These heaters work in conjunction with the vehicle's on-board thermal management system to maximize battery performance, overall driving range and passenger comfort.
In addition to its impact on battery performance, electric vehicle coolant heaters also greatly improve passenger comfort. These heaters heat the interior of the vehicle before occupants enter, eliminating the need to rely solely on energy-intensive interior heating systems that can significantly drain the battery. By utilizing existing coolant systems, electric vehicle coolant heaters provide efficient, comfortable cabin heating, making winter driving more comfortable and more enjoyable for drivers and passengers.

Product Structure:
The PTC sheet is 2.4mm thick, Tc210℃, ensuring good pressure resistance and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 2 groups and controlled by 2 IGBTs.
In order to ensure the product's protection level IP67, insert the heating core component of the product into the lower base at an angle, put on the nozzle sealing ring, press the outer part with a pressure plate, and then seal it with potting glue in the lower base, potting it to a D-type tube upper surface. After assembling other components, use sealing gaskets between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance.

Products Installation
1. Before powering on, make sure the installation is firm and the connectors are reliably connected (the main high voltage cannot be connected in reverse, otherwise the control will fail and the control board will be damaged for ≥1 minute)
2. Connect the ground wire reliably to prevent static electricity from damaging components
3. Antifreeze must not contain impurities to prevent clogging of the water tank.
4. After unpacking, please be sure to check whether there is any appearance damage caused by transportation. Damage caused by improper installation and use (including use and installation conditions beyond the scope of the specification) are not covered by the warranty.
5. Product installation direction: The heater can be installed in any other direction except that the water inlet and outlet cannot be downward at the same time.
