1. The water pump must be installed horizontally on the axis. The installation height should be greater than 500mm from the ground, and should be in the total area of the water tank. The height is about 1/4 of the height of the water tank.
2. The water pump is not allowed to operate continuously with the outlet valve closed, causing the medium to vaporize inside the pump body. When stopping the operation of the water pump, please note that the inlet valve is absolutely not allowed to be closed first and then to stop the pump, which will cause a sudden loss of fluid in the pump. situation occurs.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use the pump for a long time when there is no liquid in it. Without liquid lubrication, the parts inside the pump will lack lubricating medium, which will aggravate wear and reduce the service life of the water pump.
4. When arranging the cooling pipeline, use as few elbows as possible (elbows smaller than 90° are strictly prohibited at the water outlet) to reduce pipeline resistance and ensure smooth flow of the pipeline.
5. When the water pump is used for the first time or used again after maintenance, it must be fully exhausted so that the water pump and suction pipeline are filled with cooling liquid.
6. It is strictly prohibited to use liquid with impurities and magnetically conductive particles larger than 0.35mm, otherwise it will cause the water pump to get stuck, wear and damage.
7. When using in low-temperature environments, please ensure that the antifreeze will not freeze or become very viscous.
8. If there are water stains on the pins of the connector, please clean the water stains before use.
9. When not in use for a long time, cover the dust cover to prevent dust from entering the water inlet and outlet.
