Troubleshooting:

Sometimes there may be some minor faults in the heating system inside our RV, so some minor faults need to be checked and repaired by ourselves. Below we list the following minor faults that may be encountered and how to eliminate them.

●The heating speed of hot water is slow. This may be due to long-term use of the water tank, water quality problems lead to scale (the chemical composition of scale is calcium carbonate), the common treatment method is to use alkaline substances (such as baking soda and bleach) to deal with, then clean the water tank, drain Limescale will do.

●The hot water in the waterway cannot be replenished continuously. The possible reason is that the drain valve is open, then close the drain valve.

●When the drain valve is opened, the water in the water tank cannot be completely drained. The drain valve at the drain may cause blockage, check the drain for debris, ice and other substances blocking the drain.

●Water overflows from the drain outlet when the drain valve is closed. This may be due to excessive water pressure causing water to overflow from the drain, then we need to check the pressure of the water pump (maximum 40.6psi). Adjust the pump pressure if necessary. If adjustments cannot be made, then you will need to replace the water pump with a new one. Sometimes we open the drain valve and the water flow is slow, it may also be caused by the low water pressure in the water system, the method is the same as above.

●The pressure relief valve overflows. There are two reasons. One is that the pressure in the waterway system is too high. Professional maintenance personnel install a pressure reducer at the fresh water supply. Another reason is that the pressure relief valve is blocked by scale, and the pressure relief valve needs to be flushed to remove the dirt on the valve seat. Or replace the pressure relief valve, but only by a qualified service technician.
