Air conditioning installation steps:
The bottom plate of this model adopts an arc design, which is suitable for installing some arc roofs, not the deformation of the bottom plate. This model is standard with a high elastic sealing sponge, although the bottom plate is curved design, but the use of a high elastic sealing sponge is also suitable for the installation of flat top models, please do not worry.

 

This model is equipped with an air conditioner fixed screw extension pack. If the air conditioner installation screw is not long enough, you can use the screw extension pack and adjust the screw length by yourself.

1-Clean the surrounding area of the skylight to ensure that there is no debris, dust, and concave and convex deformation.
2-sunroof, the paste high elastic sealing sponge article (article sponge than skylight uplift side) - the high elasticity sponge article according to the days out of the window profile against (skylight on sealing sponge to level off, do not have a crack, incomplete, deformation, wrinkling, etc., affect the sealing of air conditioning host and skylight otherwise cause air leakage, water leakage, and so on.)
3-Put a circle of glass glue on the surface of the high elastic sponge strip. (I suggest typing more)
4-air conditioning machine part (including four fixed screws) into the skylight, adjust the front, back, left, and right position, with decorative plate, make decorative plate installed can cover the air conditioning outlet outside the other internal exposed position.
5-the use of pull lining fixed air conditioning host (fixed torque can not be too large, too large will cause deformation of air conditioning floor, air conditioning drainage failure, serious will lead to air conditioning water leakage.). After the main air conditioner is fixed, check whether the glass glue between the bottom plate of the air conditioner and the high elastic sealing sponge overflows in the whole circle from the car. If the glass glue overflows in the whole circle, it proves that the seal is intact, otherwise it needs to fill the glue. Finally, install the decorative plate.
6-Connect the cable to the battery 48V 60V or 72V (voltage V number varies according to different models, positive and negative poles shall not be connected, otherwise it will cause air conditioning damage!).

Note again: when fixing the lining strip, the torque should not be too large, as long as the glass glue between the base plate of the air conditioner and the high elastic sponge strip overflows in a full circle.
