Steel production plant

The Reztsoff company has its own steel production plant with capacity of 500 tons per month.

 

The well-run production management allows:

 

• Correct drafting of steel structure drawings /detailed steel structure drawings,
• Automation of the part blank process,
• Accurate drilling,
• Reasonable manufacturing of up to 1000 tons of welded beam per month,
• Building laying out for shipment from 40 tons.

The welding engineers are certified for welding practices by National Agency for Testing and Welding.

 

Our nondestructive testing laboratory monitors the welded connection quality.

 

The certified personnel, production phases monitoring as well as considerable experience ensure the high quality of our products.

 

The plant will ensure accurate and reasonable industrial manufacturing and building mounting on bolted-type and welded connections.
