NF GROUP launches the latest product - thermal film electric heater

🚀 Revolutionizing thermal management of electric vehicles
We are proud to introduce the Thermal Film Technology Electric Heater product, the first immersion thick film electric heater from NF GROUP, designed to replace traditional PTC and fuel systems. The film electric heater is a direct upgrade of the Webasto heater, which can heat to 60°C in 500 seconds at -20°C, which is 46% higher than the PTC heater. Reduce energy consumption by 20% while releasing critical battery range.
⚡️ Core technology: Immersion thick film technology dominates.
Heating plate S-shaped flow channel.
≥98% of the heating plate is immersed in the coolant, with no heat loss
⚡️ Immersion advantages
Common advantages: Both achieve direct electric heat conversion, without the need for intermediate media, reducing energy loss.
1. Energy saving, increased mileage
2. The heating plate has a low operating temperature and strong reliability
3. No condensation will be generated, avoiding insulation
4. Cancel the breathable valve
5. Avoid the risk of water leakage
6. Can be exported overseas, independently developed, and no patent infringement
✅ Certification, future-oriented
Comply with EU standards: CE
Super toughness: IP68 waterproof level, can be recycled more than 100,000 times in -40°C to 120°C environment.
Green manufacturing: 100% recyclable materials.
🚗 Core application scenarios in electric vehicles
1. Battery thermal management
Low-temperature preheating: In an environment of -30°C, it starts quickly within 30 milliseconds, heating the battery from extremely low temperature to the optimal operating temperature (15~35°C), avoiding the reduction of battery life due to the decrease in lithium ion activity (the battery discharge power at low temperature can be reduced to 10% of normal temperature).
Heating method: integrated into the liquid cooling plate or directly attached to the surface of the battery cell, uniform heating is achieved through circulating heating liquid or radiant heat, solving the problem of local overheating of PTC heating.
2. Cabin air conditioning system
Replacement of traditional PTC air heating/water heating: For example, BorgWarner's high-voltage liquid heater (thick film technology) has been used in Zeekr 001, with a power coverage of 3-10kW, and supports dual-plate design to heat the battery and cabin simultaneously.
Energy efficiency comparison: COP (energy efficiency ratio) is above 0.95, saving 20% energy consumption compared with PTC heating, significantly extending winter endurance.
3. Local directional heating
Steering wheel/seat heating: Ultra-thin film (0.1mm) is embedded in the interior, heating to a comfortable temperature within 10 seconds.
Windshield defrosting: Full window deicing is completed within 45 seconds, meeting ECE R43 safety standards.
