1、Product Introduction
Our high pressure coolant heaters can be used to improve battery energy performance in electric and hybrid vehicles. In addition, it produces a comfortable cabin temperature in a short period of time, resulting in a better driving and passenger experience. Due to their low thermal mass, high thermal power density and fast response time, these heaters also extend electric-only driving range because they use less electricity from the battery.
This electric heater is specially designed for electric vehicles. It is heated by PTC components, which can well convert electrical energy into heat energy. At the same time, the heater can be used in both driving mode and parking mode of the vehicle. And this heater has a short-term heat storage function, which is also very environmentally friendly.

5、Installation advice
(1)The highest point of the PTC should be lower than the expansion tank.
(2)The water pump should not be higher than the PTC.
(3)The PTC should be installed after the water pump and before the heater core.
(4)Pay attention to the direction of the PTC in and out of the water.
(5)Before the PTC works for the first time, or after the maintenance of the pipeline components, the water pump should be operated first, and the exhaust should be confirmed, and then the PTC should be powered on.
