Description
YJP series jet atomization liquid heater adopts fully automatic program control, which is safe and reliable in operation. Compared with centrifugal atomization heater, it has small ignition current, fast speed, high combustion efficiency, low emission, and meets European environmental protection standards.

Working principle
One end of the motor drives the combustion-supporting wind to rotate at high speed, and the other end drives the high-pressure oil pump to circulate the fuel in the oil circuit.
When the electromagnetic adjustment is turned on, the depressurized oil mist from the fuel injector and the combustion-supporting air are fully mixed and then ignited by the high-voltage electrode. The heat generated by the combustion is transferred to the circulating liquid in the heat exchanger through the heat conduction plate, and the heated circulating liquid is in the water pump. Under the action, it is sent to the heat dissipation device in the car for heating and defrosting in the car.
Repair of heater
1 If the heater fails, check the following items first:
1.1 Whether the heater is mechanically damaged
1.2 Whether the power supply fuse and the line joints are short-circuited or disconnected
1.3 Whether the fuel tank has fuel, whether the fuel pipeline is open, whether the fuel is threaded
1.4 Whether the combustion-supporting air and the smoke outlet are blocked by foreign matter
