Product Description
There are two main types of heating schemes for mainstream new energy vehicle air conditioning systems on the market. One is the PTC heater design, that is, to energize the thermistor and increase the temperature through resistance heating. The second is to adopt heat pump air-conditioning technology to transfer the heat energy of the low-level heat source to the high-level. The four-way reversing valve in the heat pump system can make the evaporator and condenser functions of the heat pump air conditioner compare and adjust with each other, and change the direction of heat transfer, so as to achieve the effect of cooling in summer and heating in winter. At present, the types of heat pump systems mainly include direct heat pump air-conditioning systems, indirect heat pump air-conditioning systems, and direct heat pump air-conditioning systems for supplementing air and increasing enthalpy. Compared with PTC heating, the advantage of heat pump air conditioner is that it is more energy-saving, and its energy consumption is about 50% of the latter.
