Product Description

PTC heater can provide heat for new energy vehicle cockpit and meet the standard of safe defrosting and defrosting. It also provides heat to other parts of the vehicle that require temperature regulation, such as batteries.

PTC chip adopts 3.0 mm thickness and TC210 ° C to ensure good voltage endurance and durability. The inner heating core of the product is divided into 4 groups and controlled by 4 IGBTs. In order to ensure the protection grade IP67, the product heating core assembly into the lower base, in the lower base using sealant sealing, filling into the d-tube surface. After the assembly of other parts, the upper and lower base between the use of gasket pressure seal, to ensure good product waterproof performance.

The air-condition panel transmits the user's Operation Command to the controller through CAN communication mode or ON/OFF PWM mode.

After receiving the command signal, the PTC controller opens the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirement.

Warning:

There is no anti-high-pressure anti-connection ability, high-pressure anti-connection will lead to direct heating out of control, high-pressure anti-connection may lead to PTC damage, may lead to the whole car can not be pre-charged and can not start, may cause burning pre-charge resistance!
