Products Description
This high voltage coolant heater features a PTC heating element with self-temperature regulation and safe, reliable separation of water and electricity. The structure is simple, the thermal efficiency is high, and the waterproof rating is IP67. Less aging and longer lifespan. Additionally, PTC coolant heaters have technical parameters such as high temperature resistance, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance and electromagnetic interference resistance. Keeping your room warm is the most basic heating requirement. Fuel and hybrid vehicles can extract heat from their engines. Electric propulsion in electric vehicles does not generate as much heat as the engine does. Therefore, PTC heating must be added to meet winter heating needs. PTC coolant heaters are widely used in the thermal control system of electric vehicles due to their excellent heating effect, uniform heat distribution, safety and reliability, etc.

Products Installation
(1) The heater must be arranged according to recommended requirements, and it must be ensured that the air inside the heater can be discharged with the waterway. If air is trapped inside the heater, it may cause the heater to overheat, thereby activating software protection and causing hardware damage in serious cases.
(2) The heater is not allowed to be placed at the highest position of the cooling system. It is recommended to place it at a relatively lower position of the cooling system.
(3) The working environment temperature of the heater is -40℃~120℃. It is not recommended to install it in an environment without air circulation around high heat sources of the vehicle (hybrid vehicle engines, range extenders, pure electric vehicle heat exhaust pipes, etc.).
(4) The allowable layout of the product in the vehicle is as shown in the figure below:
The high-pressure coolant heater assembly has 4 φ4.45 installation holes, which are provided for vehicle or bracket installation. The installation torque is recommended to be 5N±1; it uses φ19 standard water pipes, and the specifications are as shown below.
