The PTC water heating assembly can provide heat for the cockpit of new energy vehicles and meet the standards of safe defrosting and defogging.
At the same time, it provides heat to other mechanisms of the vehicle that need temperature regulation.
Design advantages:
1.Using 4-way PWM control mode, the bus impact current is small, and the relay requirements in the vehicle circuit are low.
2.PWM mode control enables the power to be adjusted continuously.
3. The CAN communication method can report the working status of the controller, which is convenient convenience vehicle control monitoring.

Installation Advice
Protective function:
1. High voltage overvoltage and undervoltage protection
The working voltage range can be set according to customer requirements. If the heater is not within the range, it will not start or be turned off. If it returns to the range, it will restart softly to the current set value.
2.IGBT drive voltage overvoltage and undervoltage protection
When the IGBT drive voltage is not within the set working range, the heating will be completely turned off, and then soft-start to the current set value after recovery.
3. Low-voltage reverse connection protection The low-voltage reverse connection does not work.
