6kw High Voltage PTC Heater
1、Product Introduction
The PTC water heater can provide heat for the cockpit of the new energy vehicle and meet the standard of safe defrosting and defogging. It also provides heat to other parts of the vehicle that require temperature regulation, such as the battery.

3、Product control scheme
①Complete the command input from the air conditioner panel.
②The air conditioner panel sends the user's operation command to the controller through CAN communication or ON/OFF PWM.
③After receiving the command signal, the plumbing PTC controller will turn on the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirements.
Design advantages:
①Using 4-way PWM control mode, the busbar inrush current is small, and the requirements for relays in the vehicle circuit are low.
② PWM mode control enables continuous adjustment of power.
③CAN communication mode can report the working status of the controller, which is convenient for vehicle control and monitoring.
4、Precautions for product installation
(1)Before power-on, pay attention to the installation is firm, and the connectors are connected reliably (the main high voltage cannot be reversed, otherwise the control will fail, and the control board will be damaged if it exceeds 1 minute)
(2)The grounding wire is connected reliably to prevent static electricity from damaging components
(3)Antifreeze should not contain impurities to prevent clogging of the water tank
(4)After unpacking, be sure to check whether there is any appearance damage caused by transportation. Damage caused by improper installation and use (including use and installation conditions beyond the scope specified in the specification) is not covered by the warranty.
