One of the key elements of an electric vehicle's cooling system is the PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater. PTC heaters are designed to improve efficiency and maximize the range of electric vehicles by effectively heating the interior and defrosting windows without excessive energy consumption.

PTC heaters use PTC ceramic heating elements, which have a unique property: their resistance increases with temperature. This self-regulating mechanism ensures that the PTC heater operates at full power when needed and automatically reduces energy consumption when the desired temperature is reached. As a result, PTC heaters provide a transparent method of temperature control that minimizes energy loss, extends the range of electric vehicles, and optimizes battery consumption.

By integrating the PTC heater into the electric cooling system of the electric vehicle, the interior temperature can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal passenger comfort regardless of the external weather conditions. Additionally, PTC heaters reduce reliance on battery-powered heaters, increase energy efficiency, and increase overall range.

In 2006, our company passed ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system certification. We also bagged the CE certificate and E-mark certificate, making us among the only few companies in the world to acquire such high-level certifications. Currently, being the largest stakeholders in China, we hold a domestic market share of 40%, and then we export them around the globe, particularly in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
