By installing a water heating heater on the new energy electric vehicle, the battery pack is heated by heat transfer to reach the normal operating temperature. New energy high-voltage electric heaters can transfer heat to the electric vehicle battery pack to preheat it and keep it at normal operating temperature by installing PTC heaters on new energy electric vehicles.

Electric vehicles can solve the problem of reduced battery life of new energy electric vehicles in low-temperature environments in winter by installing a parking heater to preheat the new energy vehicle battery pack and bring it to normal operating temperature, and avoid damage to the battery pack caused by low-temperature charging. 

Note: If there is no refrigerant flowing in the heater, the heater will enter the high temperature protection state. When the coolant is not drained properly, it will affect the heating capacity of the heater and the accuracy of water outlet temperature collection. Long-term operation will reduce the reliability of the heater.
