The new energy vehicle PTC water heater is a device that uses PTC heating elements to heat vehicle coolant. Its main function is to provide heat energy to vehicles in low-temperature environments so that key components such as engines, motors, and batteries can operate normally. PTC heating element is a self-restoring thermistor element, which is efficient, stable and reliable. When current passes through the PTC heating element, a thermal effect will be generated, which will increase the surface temperature of the element and achieve the purpose of heating the coolant. Compared with traditional electric heaters, PTC water heaters have the advantages of self-adjusting power and stable temperature. In low-temperature environments, the PTC water heater adjusts the heating power and temperature by controlling the size of the current to keep the vehicle's coolant within an appropriate temperature range and ensure the normal operation of key components such as the engine, motor, and battery. At the same time, the PTC water heater has high heating efficiency and can heat the coolant to the appropriate temperature in a short period of time, shortening the vehicle's preheating time and improving driving comfort and safety.
The working efficiency and utilization rate of the air conditioning system of electric vehicles have a great impact on the cruising range. Product Structure:
The product meets the voltage requirement of 48V. The PTC chip is 2.4mm thick and Tc210℃, ensuring good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 2 groups and controlled by 2 IGBTs.
In order to ensure the product's protection level of IP67, insert the heating core component of the product into the lower base at an angle, put on the nozzle sealing ring, press the outer part with a pressure plate, and then seal it with potting glue in the lower base, potting it to a D-type tube upper surface. After assembling other components, use sealing gaskets between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance.

Air conditioning control framework:
① Complete the command input from the air conditioning panel.
